Name Badge
Name badges will be provided to all registered participants and accompanying persons. For the smooth operation of the congress, wearing name badges at all scientific and social events is mandatory.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available at self-service kiosks located in various points within the congress venue for all participants attending the scientific sessions.

Invitation Letter / Permission Letter
Participants requiring an official invitation letter for institutional permissions can request it from the congress secretariat. These letters are intended for permission purposes only and do not cover registration or accommodation expenses.

Communication
All Turkish GSM operators are available in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. However, roaming must be enabled for international use. It is recommended to confirm this with your mobile operator before departure.

Accompaniment of Minors
Minors (under 18) traveling to TRNC with only one parent must obtain notarized parental consent from the non-traveling parent via the local police department in their place of residence.

Airport
International flights to and from the TRNC are handled through the International Arrivals Terminal.
